2022 Reserve Rosé Organic $26.00
This organic Rosé is made from 63% Pinot Noir, 23% Merlot and 14% Cabernet Franc. The grapes were sourced from estate vineyards in both Osoyoos East (53%) and Black Sage Bench (47%). A small portion of the wine (7%) spent time in neutral French oak, while the rest remained in stainless steel tanks.
The Reserve Rosé has aromas of pink grapefruit rind, rhubarb, crushed stones and hints of strawberries. This wine is medium in body and dry with medium+ acidity. The mouthwatering palate begins creamy and then becomes textured. It offers notes of pink grapefruit, rhubarb, saline and strawberries with red cherry notes on the medium+ finish.
